CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with more than 90 days notice prior to your arrival date incur a 20% cancellation fee of the booking total. Cancellations with less than 90 days notice prior to your arrival date incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date incur 100% cancellation fee of the booking total.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you are unable to travel due to Government restrictions for the dates of your stay that were not imposed at the time of booking, including a lockdown of your local area or border closures from your location and/or the Queensland border, Palmhouse will offer a reschedule of dates or full refund.
UNFORSEEN EVENT In the event that Palmhouse must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However, we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment of your booking is an automatic agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
